To purchase Minute Menu for Centers after your 60 day free trial, you pay a one time license fee. We offer the software for three different prices – you choose how much you want to pay. The license price you choose to pay controls how much your ongoing per center fee and annual maintenance fee is. Pay little up front, and you have a higher monthly claim cost. Pay more up front, and your monthly claim cost drops.

1 We offer several different financing options on our licensing fee, so if you are interested in financing the cost of your license, please contact us. 2 There is no difference in the software between the licenses. Each licensing option offers the exact same software features to your agency. The only difference is the cost of the Maintenance & Monthly Center Claim Fee – if you pay more up front, you pay less over time. You can pay a lower license fee initially, and then upgrade later, paying only the difference. 3 Independent Centers pay no license fee, and only pay a fee if they create a claim using the software any given month. |

We offer phone and email support M-F 9-5 Central time. You get 1 free hour of support per month. Anything over 1 hour is billed at $75 / hour. - Training
We offer web based training classes for you, your staff, and your centers. The training is tailored to your specific needs, and we have trainings to cover every topic in the software. Training is offered for $75 / hour, with a one hour minimum per session, for web-based trainings. On site training is available at $900 / day plus the cost of travel. - Data Conversion
Are you a large agency that already has your center and child information in electronic format? We can import that information into Minute Menu for you, for a one time fee of $1,500.
