Meet Our Team

Your Minute Menu team includes experts on the Food Program, child care, software, networking, and more.  Let us worry about the technology, so you can worry about more important things -- like making sure children are fed the best meals possible.

Support Team

Mia Cooper – Receptionist.  Mia helps answer and direct customer calls and questions, and otherwise helps make sure the trains run on time in our offices.  If you've ever got an urgent issue, let Mia know and she'll make sure you get to the right person to help you immediately.

Christine Lampson - Office Manager, Resident Spanish Linguist.  If you ever have a question about a forms order, a food chart, or any billing issue, Christine will help you every step of the way.  In addition, Christine helps us develop all of our spanish language provider training materials, and has helped us developed a spanish language version of our WebKids e-claiming system, and all the reports that go with it.

Chris Clark – Director of Training.  Chris travels across the country to train Sponsors and Providers on everything they need to succeed in the CACFP with Minute Menu.  Before joining Minute Menu, she worked as a CACFP coordinator with agencies in California, and also helped design a CACFP management system used by several agencies in California prior to Minute Menu.

Jenny Boston – Support Team Leader.  Our customer support supervisor works tirelessly to ensure that every customer need is addressed.  She comes to us from Deloitte, where she oversaw an accounting system used by thousands of companies, and we’re lucky to have her expertise.

Betty Gardner – Support Specialist and Minute Menu HX Product Manager.  Betty comes to us from a Sponsoring agency in Wyoming, and before that she was a family child care provider.  Her knowledge of the operating issues Sponsors face, combined with the cheeriest disposition any of us have ever seen, make her a great resource for our clients.

Richard Ivory - Support Specialist. Richard started his career as a mainframe programmer and switched over to technical support as more companies started developing applications for microcomputers.  He has many years of technical support experience working with several software companies and in several different industries.  No matter the support situation, Richard consistently offers calm and thoughtful assistance to customers.

Christopher Ricci - Support Specialist. Chris is the most recent addition to our Customer Support team.  He's a newly relocated Texan resident, originally from New Jersey, and brings to Minute Menu over 10 years of experience in IT and support.  He is dedicated and committed to providing the best support our customers need and will work endlessly to provide a resolution to your issue.

Harry Weekly - Support Specialist.  Harry has extensive experience in the IT and customer support field and has worked for variety of companies, including CompUSA and GE.  His breadth of technical knowledge and experience here at Minute Menu has allowed him to help sponsors work through a variety of complex support situations.  When asked, he describes himself as "fun," "loveable," and "squeezable."

Isaac Undlin - Provider Support Specialist.  Any family child care providers that run into troubles or who just have some questions to ask about Minute Menu Kids turn to Isaac for help.  He fields an extremely wide range of questions, ranging from the technical to the practical.  He's been answering questions from child care providers for years, and helps a huge number of providers get exactly what they need, every day.

Dawn Hamilton - Senior Implementation Specialist.  Each new Sponsor that starts on Minute Menu goes through quite a big a change, and Dawn is there to help every step of the way.  She has personally helped over 100 new agencies get started with Minute Menu, and previously worked with a Sponsoring agency in Austin, TX, so she knows exactly how to help Sponsors get what they need when they get started with Minute Menu.

Lori Johnson - Junior Implementation Specialist.  Lori and Dawn work together to get new clients started on Minute Menu.  Lori brings 17 years of CACFP experience to the table--4 years as a licensed home childcare provider and 13 working with a sponsoring agency.  In Lori's own words, "I especially enjoy helping others and find my new position a perfect fit for me!"

Teresa Tong - Minute Menu CX Product Manager.  Teresa has worked in software development for more than 13 years. She's also experienced in project and product management.  The products she has developed or managed range from simple web-based scheduling tools to complex client-server applications, such as a propellant ingredients tracking system. She has also been involved in teaching foreign languages to children and adults and writing computer textbooks.  She's passionate about helping others, especially children, as well as learning from them.  In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her children.

Administration

Michael Morath - President.  Mike oversees most day-to-day operations of the company, making sure that all of our products are specifically tailored to best meet the needs of our customers, and that all our staff remain dedicated to providing the highest quality of support.  He's dedicated to the food program, working most of his waking hours to help Minute Menu's customers succeed, but he also remains active in his community.  He's a volunteer "Big" with Big Brothers Big Sisters (and encourages everybody to be the same), and engages in a variety of other community service activities.  For one example: click here to check out a blog from his 2007 mission trip to help orphanages in India.  In October 2008, Mike traveled to central Mexico with his Rotary Club to assist at the Guerrero Surgery and Education Center.   click here to learn more.

Jeffrey Sullivan - CTO.  Jeff has over 20 years of experience growing small- to mid-sized companies that fuel their success with innovative use of technology.  He has an uncommon background that melds deep technical, creative, and business experience with the proven ability to execute at both the strategic and tactical levels.  This breadth of background and flexibility of focus are vital to success in entrepreneurial and high-growth businesses.  His past 10 years have been spent as a C-level executive in fast-growth e-commerce companies in the real estate, financial services, and managed software industries.  A common thread throughout his entire professional career has been the entrepreneurial spirit present in every role from freelancer to multi-billion-dollar mortgage corporation.

Natalie Clark - CFO.  Natalie has worked with Minute Menu since 1997, helping ensure the company stays around for the long term while continuing to be able to serve the Food Program -- a task that is not particurally easy, as we all know that administrative resources in the Food Program and child care in general are quite limited (and Minute Menu's fees are likewise very low).  In addition to financial management, she heads up all marketing, customer account management, and coordinates our Annual Minute Menu Training Conference.

Tom Clark - Board Chairman, Consultant.  Tom co-founded the company in 1993, and oversees the company's direction.  Like everyone here at Minute Menu, he's ready to roll up his sleeves to help our customers be as successful as possible.  As such, he even works as an on-site trainer, visiting Sponsors in person to help make sure that their staff are effectively trained and that they are able to use Minute Menu to boost their program integrity while reducing their operating costs.
