Minute Menu for Centers has been priced to fit any sized budget, whether you operate one independent center, you operate 4 or 5 centers, or your sponsor over a hundred centers!
To purchase Minute Menu for Centers after your 60 day free trial, you pay a one time license fee for your agency as a whole (ie, it's not paid per site). We upgrade Minute Menu constantly as poverty and reimbursement rates change, forms change, and rules change, and you get those updates automatically. We charge an annual maintenance fee to cover those updates, billed each October for your agency as a whole (ie, it's not paid per site). Each month, Minute Menu will help process claims, evaluate child income eligibility, determine Free/Reduced/Paid blended rates or actuals, compute Menu Production Record quantity requirements, and more. And for this, you pay a monthly claim fee billed for each of your sites.

We offer phone and email support M-F 9-5 Central time. You get 1 free hour of support per month. Anything over 1 hour is billed at $75 / hour. - Training
We offer web based training classes for you, your staff, and your centers. The training is tailored to your specific needs, and we have trainings to cover every topic in the software. Training is offered for $75 / hour, with a one hour minimum per session, for web-based trainings. On site training is available at $900 / day plus the cost of travel. - Data Conversion
Are you a large agency that already has your center and child information in electronic format? We can import that information into Minute Menu for you, for a one time fee of $1,500.
