- Set up accounts for your parents. Once set up, each parent must log into ChildCarePay.com to authorize withdrawals from his/her bank account.
- Create an invoice, and a parent will get an email. The parent then logs in to ChildCarePay.com to pay it. Even better, you can set up recurring invoices, and the parents can authorize the recurring amount once and then all invoices will be issued & paid automatically. With each invoice, either you or your parent (your choice) will pay a $1.00 direct deposit fee.
